A reservation is considered provisional until the manager confirms acceptance. Reservations are confirmed by e-mail only, with how to pay the deposit (30%) and\/or the full stay (for bookings due to arrive in less than 30 days).<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"fr\"><strong>Cancellations:<\/strong> Cancellations and modifications must be made by e-mail. We do not accept cancellations or changes to reservations by telephone or in person.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"fr\">In the event of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, we apply a one-night penalty.
